In the 2023–24 season, Morley makes her highly anticipated debut at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden as Gilda (Rigoletto). On the concert platform, Morley performs Morgana (Alcina)with Les Musiciens du Louvre under the baton of Marc Minkowski at Teatro alla Scala, to mark the release of a new recording. Further concert engagements include Orff Carmina Burana with the Orchestre de Paris under the baton of Andrés Orozco-Estrada; a gala concert with Washington Concert Opera; and recitals in Berkeley and at the Kennedy Center, Washington DC.

Last season's highlights include a double appearance at the Metropolitan Opera as Sophie in Der Rosenkavalier and Pamina in a new production of Die Zauberflöte; Wiener Staatsoper as Gilda (Rigoletto); Morgana in a tour of Alcina with Les Musiciens du Louvre; Poulenc Gloria with the Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Lorenzo Viotti; Beethoven Missa Solemnis with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra under Riccardo Muti; and Mozart Mass in C Minor for the Mostly Mozart Festival at the Lincoln Center, conducted by Louis Langrée.

Further recent appearances include in the title role in Matthew Aucoin's Eurydice at the Metropolitan Opera; her Teatro alla Scala debut as Zerbinetta Ariadne auf Naxos; her debut as Norina Don Pasquale at Glyndebourne; Tytania A Midsummer Night's Dream in Santa Fe; a critically acclaimed debut in one of the most iconic coloratura roles, Lakmé, with Washington Concert Opera, and Sophie Der Rosenkavalier at the Wiener Staatsoper.

A dedicated recitalist, her appearances include recitals with pianist Vlad Iftinca (Salt Lake City's Virtuoso Series, Carnegie's Weill Hall, and Festival du Lied in Fribourg, Switzerland), and with pianist Ken Noda (at the Philadelphia Chamber Music Society, Brigham Young University, and the Alice Tully Hall Vocal Arts Honors Recital).

Morley has just released her debut solo album, `Rose in Bloom', which is out now on Orchid Classics. Her discography otherwise includes Isabelle Robert le Diable under the baton of Marc Minkowski for Palazetto BruZane, Woglinde Götterdämmerung in the Metropolitan Opera's Grammy-winning Ring Cycle for Deutsche Grammophon, and Sylvie in Gounod's La Colombe with Sir Mark Elder and The Hallé Orchestra for Opera Rara.

Morley spent her early years studying violin and piano. An undergraduate of the Eastman School of Music, she earned her Master of Music voice degree from The Juilliard School and her Artist Diploma from the Juilliard Opera Center in 2007, where she received the Florence & Paul DeRosa Prize. She won 1st Prize in the Jessie Kneisel Lieder Competition in 2002, and 1st Place in the Licia Albanese – Puccini Foundation Competition in 2006. www.erinmorley.com

Since moving to NYC in 2008 he has been on the teaching faculty of the Metropolitan Opera's Lindemann program and is also on the adjunct faculty at Curtis Institute of Music . He regularly gives masterclasses at Glyndebourne, Merola, Washington National Opera, COC in Toronto, Atelier Lyrique Montreal, LA Opera, And the Ryan Center at Lyric Opera of Chicago.

An authority on vocal technique, Mr. Moore is a frequent guest on multiple radio programmes and was honoured with an hour-long special interview on BBC Radio 3's Voices, focused particularly on American singers and child stars. For OPERA magazine, he interviewed Beverly Sills on the technique of coloratura singing. Mr. Moore may currently be heard as a regular host of the Metropolitan Opera Quiz, and is also in demand as a judge for prestigious vocal competitions, including the Metropolitan Opera regional auditions.

In addition to teaching voice, Mr. Moore has assisted William Christie and Les Arts Florissants in preparing the soloists for productions and recordings including Handel's Orlando, Semele, and Alcina, and Mozart's Die Zauberflote, Le Nozze di Figaro, and Die Entführung. He similarly assisted Sir Charles Mackerras at the Edinburgh Festival for Mozart's Idomeneo and La Clemenza di Tito, Donizetti's Maria Stuarda, together with Rossini's Zelmira, Adelaide di Borgogna and La Donna del Lago conducted by Maurizio Benini. As a specialist in ornamentation Mr. Moore has composed countless embellishments for leading singers, notably in his role as vocal consultant to Opera Rara and Decca. An additional area of Mr. Moore's expertise is the neglected French repertoire of Delibes, Thomas, Gounod, Meyerbeer, and Massenet.

Mr. Moore is featured as a vocalist with soprano Rebecca Caine in a cabaret evening they created and recorded as an album, celebrating legendary stars of the British musical stage, entitled Leading Ladies.

He is a frequent recitalist, most notably with Renée Fleming. He has performed before such dignitaries as President Obama and the First Lady, President Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, HRH Prince Charles, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and UN Secretary General Kofi Annan. Gerald was recently featured accompanying Renee Fleming in the soundtrack for the movie Bel Canto.
