We join in mourning the passing of musical titan and 2001 Kennedy Center Honors recipient Quincy Jones.

A renowned composer, arranger, conductor, instrumentalist, and producer, Jones had an immense influence on American culture for more than 70 years, working with artists from every era of popular music from bebop to hip hop. His versatility and imagination helped transform iconic songs into global hits.

During his lifetime, Jones received countless accolades—including holding the record for all-time Grammy nominations with 80 total and 28 Grammy Awards.

A true musical mogul, Jones’ legacy will live on for generations to come.
