You will be asked to verify ID or proof of school enrollment upon picking up your tickets at the Box Office.
Because patrons must be 13 or over to create an online account, students 12 and under will need to have a parent or guardian contact the Advance Sales Box Office at (202) 416-8540 for help with setting up or modifying an account or with any questions. Tickets can be purchased by phone by calling Instant Charge at (202) 467-4600 and you are welcome to visit the Kennedy Center’s Central Box Office for in-person assistance.
