Tank is a multi-Grammy Award®–nominated, platinum-selling singer, songwriter, producer, and actor with a career spanning over 25 years. He has solidified his place as an R&B icon with a catalog that includes some of the genre’s biggest hits. His 10th studio album, R&B Money, produced five #1 singles, including Can’t Let It Show, Slow, See Through, Love, and Before We Get Started. The latter is featured on R&B Money: The Vault (Deluxe Album), which cemented Tank’s legacy with his eighth #1 R&B hit since the release of his 2017 album SAVAGE and its two-time-platinum hit, When We.

Tank and J. Valentine were honored by EBONY Magazine for its 2024 EBONY Power 100 as “Media Mavens” for their contributions to shaping and shifting the culture of R&B. Their influence extends beyond music, establishing them as major voices in entertainment.
Recently, Tank received the prestigious honor of being invited to the White House, where he performed at the Black History Month celebration hosted by President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden—an event that underscored his profound influence and enduring legacy within the culture of entertainment.
