Precious Adams
Precious originates from southeast Michigan and is currently a professional Soloist ballet dancer with the English National Ballet, and has danced professionally in the U.K. for over 7 years under the directorship of the internationally renowned Tamara Rojo.
Precious has trained under some of the best teachers, and at some if the best ballet schools in the world, including several years at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy in Moscow, Russia; Princess Grace Academy in Monte Carlo, Monaco; and The National Ballet School in Toronto, Canada. Precious has won several awards, including two prizes at the Prix de Lausanne in 2014 (arguably the most prestigious ballet competition in the world). Additionally, she has been awarded best contemporary dancer and best emerging dancer by the National Dance Awards Critics Circle 2018, the National Young Arts Foundation (USA) prize in the field of dance, and was featured on the Elle and Evening Standard 100 most influential people list for 2018.
Precious has performed in hundreds of shows around the world including performing the lead ballerina in Sleeping Beauty with Cape Town City Ballet, as a guest soloist at the Royal Opera House, and in multiple principal roles while working with the English National Ballet.
